Blessings and love to you at the heart filled time of Christmas. By the look of the weather we need to be asking Santa for wellies! Prayers go to all those who are experiencing flooding in their homes.  

I’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you from my heart, for supporting Higher Visions this year. Special thanks to all our wonderful guest speakers and all have given their kindness and help.

 So here we are, almost at the end of a very busy year of change and openings.  Many people have reported the ups and downs of their journeys.  All experiences giving us clear signals and signposts.

The energetic lifting of Earths vibrations into the 5th dimension certainly is ringing the changes that are occurring in our lives.  Look around you and recognise the new directions in actions, thoughts, vocation & location in the last few months. These are all outward signs of the changes taking place within you. 

No matter how these occurred, the transformations of our lives are being brought about by inner needs. Resisting change can make you edgy and restless. Going with the flow is the optimum choice.

Now it is the time to go within and to realise just who you really are. It is a time of  working towards Self Mastery and breaking reactionary patterns that really does not serve your higher self. A time to honour the highest in yourself.  This takes effort and   awareness.  Ask your angel to help you.

It is now a power time to take ownership for all that happens for you. Taking true responsibility for all that you experience is an interesting journey. Remember everything that happens to you, comes from you.  Even though that may not seem possible, it is true. 

Now as we enter a completely new phase in the worlds vibrations and enhanced  human energy field, we must strive for   happiness, joy and upliftment. Some people have left this earths vibration, this takes us on a journey where we experience new  directions in our minds, attracting new  people into your lives and suddenly, we are on a new journey. It may feel like a painful one.  Do remember your loved ones are just a whisper away.

Take the time to look and see what was going on in your mind when certain things occurred.  You may have been fearing a certain experience and then it happened.  Your inner fear will have attracted the experience towards yourself. Maybe it has helped you take another direction that your Highest Self knows is better for you. 

When an experience comes towards you that feels completely opposed to your thinking and way of being, we can send out blame. We can say that another person has made us angry.  However no one can make you annoyed, it is you that allows yourself to be annoyed. That can be exhausting.

In the 5^th dimension we take another view point. Looking at all situations from a higher perspective is fascinating. Remain in your highest plane of thinking.  See others as guides, signposts and support.

2013 is a year to really step into our true  spiritual journey. 2013 It is a year to focus & work on   ourselves, to bring about our highest and best selves.

Take time for yourself. I am listening      intently to what I am     saying. I am choosing to honour myself so much more than I have ever done.  My guide Walking Reindeer, says at last!  It has always been easier to be kind to others. Be  gentle on the self. I am gentle on myself.

You may find as the year unfolds that there may be a parting of the ways with some people. Even if you have resonated with that person for many years. This will be either through circumstance or choice.  Whatever the reason, the gap is widening. Do not be dismayed over this, you are forewarned and   therefore forearmed. 

Do remember that         everything comes from yourself. People are asking why are they fatigued and low then have high energies.  It is normal at this time. It is part of the integration process in your physical body with these new      energies.  Incorporating new chakra’s.  During this process, the difference is clearly    noticeable between the high  vibrational energy of the new Golden Age of the 5th dimension and the heavier energy of the old world of the 3rd dimension.

Many have one foot in each dimension. This can be very confusing and even give a sense of chaos. Bringing fluctuating     emotions. One moment you are very happy and the next  moment you're depressed.  Often this is related to what you're focused on.  

With awareness you will feel your thoughts and  actions more clearly, You will realise which of those are  resonating with the high frequencies and which ones are resonating with the lower frequencies.

Time to let go of the     activities and thoughts which keeps you trapped in the 3rd dimension and focus on those thoughts and activities that will serve you and the whole.  You are longing for the new Golden Age of      oneness & connectedness,

However because you still have to deal with the     reality of the ancient world and the activities related to it, these activities feel very heavy.

You can change this by placing these activities and thoughts into the Golden Energy and connecting them with the 5th dimension of oneness and connectedness.   Place all thoughts in the new Golden Vibration.

Two or three times a day, take a moment to take 3 CONSCIOUS BREATHS aligning to the Golden ray of the 5^th dimension.  3 deep breaths now.

Do the 7th Level Breathing Course.. next on is on Sunday 12th January. One conscious breath a day changes your life.

During the journey of time between 2012 - 2013 a cruscendo is taking place and the highest frequency of light will be available to you, so you can stabilize the higher consciousness.

The Divine light is inside of and now we are awakening to this. So work with this highest frequency, taking quiet moments of reflection, meditate, pray, help others where you can.

We had a brilliant Higher Visions gathering at The Venture centre in Lawford on Tuesday 2nd Oct. Many people shared their experiences of the awakening and a great discussion followed. BALLOONS OVER BURY CARRY MESSAGE OF PEACE!


Hundreds of messages of peace and hope for the world took to the sunny skies
over Bury St Edmunds last Saturday (8th September) as part of a Mind, Body
and Spirit exhibition at the Apex Centre.

Shoppers visiting the exhibition were asked to write a positive message for
the future on cards which were then attached to dozens of pink and purple
balloons

The exhibition, organised by Linda Graham, featured a number of stands from
spiritual healers to crafts people based across East Anglia.

Linda commented: "The day was a great success and I would like to thank
everyone who posted a message.

"In what are testing times there's clearly a groundswell of love and a
desire for peace on the part of the people of Bury St Edmunds. Hundreds of
positive messages are now making their way across the world!

"We will be running a similar exhibition at the same venue on November XX
and we hope local people will once again show their support," added Linda
who founded Higher Visions in 1990.

Awakening to changes

This has been quite a busy few months for everyone.  Even if you feel that you have been inactive, your mind has probably been quite acrobatic. Attracting emotional responses, to your fluctuating thoughts.

It seems every conversation I've been having, is about change. I am grateful that on a personal level, my family are experiencing uplifting transformations.  Some of the people I have connected with recently, have found their lives have been erratic after unexpected events.  Even if we are not enjoying the process, we are certainly all in or on the brink of change.  One thing for certain in this life, change is inevitable.


There are lots of people moving at this time, for one reason or another. If it is unexpected for you, take it on with good heart.

I will be talking about the fluctuating vibrational field and it's affect on us  and seal the evening with a meditation. This month our Guest Speaker is Gary Brighton giving us a demonstration and talk on Tai Chi and getting us up on our feet.

Access to the Meeting House is from either St John's Street or from St Andrew's North. Access for the disabled is via St Andrew's St North, which offers reserved parking for the disabled close to the Meeting House. There is a municipal car park off St Andrew's Street North.  We now have use of a kitchen so there will be teas, coffee and biscuits. 

The energy of the meeting house is very special and the fact we have use of the kitchen will really aid us to connect socially with like minded others, make new friends and share our stories.  So add a bit more time to your evening to allow for mingling after the gathering.

Reassurance from Linda Graham founder of Higher Visions

Recently my phone has been ringing steadily and emails are flooding in, with an increasing number of people, who are feeling unnerved because they have been having, a mixture of unusual experiences.  

Many have said that it all began, when they realised that each time they glanced at the clock, it was always showing repetitive double figures, for example, 12.12pm, 11.11am and 14.14pm.  A few people have been unsettled  by this, even though they are not entirely sure why.  When this sort of thing keeps happening, you begin to realise that this just can't be mere coincidence. So just what is going on? Actually, I believe that coincidence doesn't really exist, its simply synchronicity.

Others report a long list of occurrences that includes:

• Seeing orbs,
• Angels appearing
• Having direct contact with spirits
• Seeing auras around people & plants
• Seeing tiny LED type of lights everywhere.  

An incredible amount of calls, relate to feeling or sensing, that there is an unseen presence in the room. This is also heralded by the appearance of a really cold energy, that seems focused in one particular place in the building. Making another addition to this growing list of events, is pungent smells that suddenly fill the room. For instance cigarette,   cigar or pipe smoke, curling into the atmosphere. Or overwhelming heady perfume, so strong that you it grabs your attention and therefore unavoidable. 

Some calls have come from very frightened individuals, who have felt as though something had held them down on their bed. Each of them saying that during the experience, they were unable to move or speak.  Also there is a increasing amount of people who have had spontaneous out of body experiences. 

Are you on that long the list, of those who have suddenly started having panic attacks? This can happen as your sensitivity expands. Last on this list today are those who have begun to 'hear voices' and are really scared that they are destined for a mental break down, or indeed in the middle of one. Bless their hearts, I remember thinking the same thing myself, all those years ago.

If any of these phenomenons are happening to you, please do not be alarmed. It could just simply be signs of your soul awakening.  This is what Higher Visions is here for, to help you comprehend what is happening. You don't have to be on your own with this. It is wise to get some understanding of what is happening, so you can feel safe.

Through this blog, I would like to share with you, some of the many cosmic experiences I had during my life.  The messages I received during my early visions,  instigated me to set up Higher Visions, especially for this time of awakening. 


I have headed the blog 'Reassurance' because when you realise you are not alone with these unusual happenings it promotes a flood of relief across your mind.

During my awakening journey I have many cosmic experiences, covering such a wide range:

• Repeatative dreams that led me to study dreams
• Out of body experiences travelling up to the higher realms
• Regularly visiting the halls of learning.
• I've seen angel and spirits
• Had many visions that was just like watching films.
• I became clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsensient, and a medium. 
• Telepathy began to feature powerfully and everything became alive in my world, communicating with me and so much more besides.
• Seeing auras & chakras
• Remote viewing
• I became an astrologer and holistic therapist
• Now an International spiritual teacher
